What holds my date?
A 30% deposit and a signed booking form. The balance is due seven days before the event. Until the deposit reflects, the date stays open to other enquiries — we will always warn you before releasing it.
Is there anything not included?
Only three things: travel beyond 60km from a base, add-ons you choose, and additional hours. The booth, the attendant, set-up, strike, unlimited prints, design and the gallery are always in the price.
What if I need to move the date?
Move it once, free, up to 30 days before the event, subject to availability. Inside 30 days we will do everything we can — and we have never yet left a client stuck.
Do you require power and cover?
One standard 220V plug point within 10 metres, and cover from rain and direct sun for outdoor setups. We bring our own extension, surge protection and inverter backup for load-shedding.
Can you invoice a company?
Yes. We are a registered South African business, VAT invoices are issued as standard, and we complete vendor onboarding packs on request.
