Three bases,
nationwide reach
We operate out of Cape Town, Johannesburg and KwaZulu-Natal. Anything within 60km of a base carries no travel fee at all. Beyond that we quote travel transparently before you book — and we regularly work Hermanus, the Garden Route, the Midlands and the Magaliesburg.

Quick answers
How far in advance should I book?
Peak season — October to March, and every Saturday in December — books out three to six months ahead. Off-peak we can often help with two weeks’ notice, and we keep one unit free most weekends for late enquiries.
Can I see a booth before I book?
Yes. Viewings at our Cape Town workshop are by appointment, and we are happy to send video walkarounds of any booth for our Johannesburg and KZN clients.
Do you attend wedding expos?
We exhibit at several each year in all three provinces. Email us and we will tell you where we will be next — expo bookings carry a standing discount.
What do you need from my venue?
One standard 220V plug point within 10 metres, cover from rain and direct sun, and a level surface. We handle everything else, including load-shedding backup.
